For personal injury law firms

You have 300 reviews. Google shows your firm at 4 of 49 points on the map.

The Map Pack is three firms. It takes about 44% of the clicks for "personal injury lawyer near me." Most firms are in it somewhere in their city, and missing from it almost everywhere else. This map is what that looks like.

Free 49-point ranking scan, about 60 seconds. No email, no sales call attached.

Rank for "personal injury lawyer" at each point In the Map Pack (1–3) 4–10 11 or worse

A typical office before any work starts: in the pack at 4 of 49 points. Real scans use your address, your keyword, and Google's live results.

You did everything the last agency told you to.

  • Hundreds of five-star reviews, and a system to keep them coming
  • Billboards on the interstate and a TV buy every quarter
  • A fast website with a page for every practice area
  • Your name, address and phone number clean on every directory
  • Somebody posting to the Google profile every week

And a firm with 40 reviews and a stock photo owns the pack three miles from your office.

That isn't bad luck. Google decides the pack separately at every point on the map, from a short list of profile signals: categories, service areas, the office's actual location, review pace, how consistently the listing matches the rest of the web. Get those wrong and no amount of reviews or ad spend moves you. Get them right and the grid turns green outward from your door.

We scanned 1,625 personal injury offices across 78,348 grid points to see how common that is. It's the norm.

There are two ways to move that map.

Anyone selling "Map Pack in 30 days" is selling one of these. It's worth knowing which one before you sign.

Buy the signals

  • Software generates clicks, calls and direction requests against your listing from devices that were never going to hire you.
  • Sold to agencies at a few hundred dollars a month, white-labeled, so you never see the vendor's name.
  • Ranks can move in weeks. Google's fake-engagement policy is explicit, and the penalty is a suspended listing, the one asset you can't buy back.

We won't do this, and we'll tell you if someone already did it to your profile.

Fix the profile

  • Audit the listing against the signals Google actually ranks on, then rebuild it: categories, services, attributes, descriptions, photos, hours, Q&A, the office address itself.
  • Run it every month: posts, review responses, suspension monitoring, citation cleanup, inside bar advertising rules and Google's policy.
  • Scan the 49-point grid every week so you can see the map change, or see that it hasn't, and hold us to it.

Slower than a bot. Yours to keep.

How an office goes from red to green

Step 1

Scan the market

Drop in your homepage. In about a minute you'll see your rank at 49 points across your city, your review base against the firms in the pack, and the profile problems we found. Free, no email.

Step 2

Rebuild the profile

Logan Jack personally takes over the listing: fixes what the audit found, rewrites the profile, cleans up the citations, and sets the review and posting cadence. You approve anything client-facing.

Step 3

Watch the grid every week

Every office gets a weekly 49-point scan in a report you can open on your phone. You'll see the green spread from your door, point by point, against named competitors.

Questions firms ask first

Is any of this against Google's rules or the bar's?

No. We don't buy engagement, generate reviews, stuff keywords into your business name, or create listings at addresses you don't occupy. Everything we do is work a careful firm could do itself with the time. It's also written to bar advertising rules; one of our five desks does nothing but compliance.

How long before the map changes?

It depends on your address, your competitors and how broken the profile is now. Most firms see measurable movement within 30 to 90 days; a saturated market takes longer. You'll see the weekly grid either way, and Logan will tell you on the first call what he expects for your office specifically.

We already have an agency doing our Google profile.

Run the scan anyway. It's free and it shows you the grid, not a ranking report picked from the best-looking keyword. If they're doing good work, you'll see it. If they're buying clicks, you'll want to know that first.

Can you handle a multi-office firm?

Yes. Nineteen of the offices we manage belong to one firm. Every office is scanned, managed and reported separately, and multi-office reports live in a single dropdown.

Do you work outside personal injury?

No. Personal injury only. The signals, the competitor set and the bar rules are specific enough that we don't want to be good at anything else.

See your own map before someone sells you a fix for it.
